AIBO Security-Tech Launches India Joint Venture to Expand Global Door Control Business

India JV Project Basic Information

AIBO officially signed the India joint venture contract on 24th June 2025. The new production base is located in Mumbai, India. The project adopts a China–India coordinated production mode: core machining procedures are completed in China, while assembly, painting and packing are finished locally in India. The main product is 2 Floor Springs, with assembly equipment and testing doors fully supported by AIBO.

Project Milestones & Production Preparation

The India factory achieved smooth trial run on 15th January 2026. Full employee EHS training was systematically conducted on 22nd February 2026 to ensure safe and standardized production. The BIS audit is scheduled on 15th April 2026, with the target of obtaining BIS certification by the end of April 2026. The workshop layout includes grinding area, storage area, assembly area, laboratory, cleaning area, packing area and finished goods storage, supporting efficient and stable mass production.

Featured Floor Spring Products & Technical Advantages

AIBO’s India factory produces high-performance floor springs including AB84, AB65, AB45 and AB30, all in line with EN 1154 standard. These products support two‑section speed adjustment, 90° hold‑open function and maximum opening angle up to 130°, suitable for door weights from 80kg to 150kg. With stable performance, strong durability and flexible installation, they are widely used in commercial buildings, offices, hotels and public facilities.
